Pre-Auction Bidding Details

Pre-Auction bids will be accepted up until midnight CST on Friday, April 24th

Pre-Auction bids can be turned into Wheaton Montessori in person or via email to 

To be considered valid, pre-auction bids must include the following information: 

  • Bidder Name
  • Bidder Phone number
  • Wheaton Montessori family name (for non-Montessori families)
  • Item number
  • Brief item description
  • Bid amount

 
Pre-auction bids will become the opening bids at the silent auction

If a pre-auction bid wins an item, the item must be picked up at Wheaton Montessori and paid for by cash or check the week following the auction

All silent auction rules apply to pre-auction bids
